Shipping 

• United States only 
• It can take up to 7-14 business days for your domestic order to be fulfilled and shipped. 
• Domestic orders generally ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or another similar service.
•  FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $75

Tracking

• You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped.
• If you have not received an e-mail with your tracking number, then your order is still being processed and has yet to ship.

Delivery Claims and Lost/Stolen Packages

• Bad Boyz & Co. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.
• If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact the carrier within 10 business days to file a claim. Bad Boyz & Co. will cooperate with the carrier, but the customer is responsible for initially filing the claim. Note: claims can take up to 30 days to resolve.
• If your package is not marked as delivered or has been returned to sender, please e-mail contact badboyzandco@outlook.com to solve the issue.
